Sundio is the largest online tour operator in The Netherlands with a turnover exceeding € 400 million.

Relephant was asked to develop a scalable platform on which all 16 brands could run in multiple languages. All with their own, unique look and feel. Brands such as Sunweb, Sudtours, Vaya and Eliza was here. The platform had to be suitable for continually changing data; price updates, availability and supply. Focusing on the customers’ experience, tips and photo’s was an important aspect during development.

Based on Endeca, Relephant developed an effective solution in which various functionalities such as reviews, maps and fora could be shared by the different brands. Relephant is also responsible for the frontend of a number of their websites (including Sunweb, Eliza was here and Sudtours).

31 January 2012 - Auto.nl has been completely adapted to match the new sales model.

Ekonomist

11 December 2011 - Ekonomist, a Turkish financial magazine, interviewed Robert Goedemans. He talked about the company's goals and also evaluated the internet market in Turkey. Furthermore, he talked about the exciting outlook of the turkish E-commerce market. Goedemans stated that for Relephant, Turkey promises to become a very important market.

Relephant in Technology Fast 500 EMEA

24 November 2011 - During a special gala evening in London it was announced that Relephant ranks in the top 500 fastest growing Tech companies of Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Yenicarsim launched

20 October 2011 - Relephant has completed another significant project in the Turkish market. The project Yenicarsim.com, a new e-commerce initiative by Hurriyet.

1 February 2011 - Commissioned by Sundio Group – the number 2 in the Twinkle top 100 – Relephant has developed a new version for Sundio’s core brand, Sunweb.
