Auto.nl forms a part of Zomoto and is a new website in which lease companies can auction ex lease cars in a unique manner. Direct sales and reservations are also possible.

A car being auctioned drops in price every 5 seconds for a period of 48 hours. This decrease can be followed in real time.

Consumers take part in the auction with an e-mail address and a unique login code, sent prior in a tekst message. The auction ends when a visitor agrees to buy the car for the asking price at that moment. Furthermore, the prospective buyer can directly make an appointment online to test drive the car and/or have it delivered.

The cars are presented extensively on both Auto.nl and Zomoto.nl. It is also possible to view an independent inspection report (with photo’s of damage, where appropriate) and the complete maintenance history by a BOVAG recognized dealer.  This gives a full and clear picture of the state of the car.
