24 June 2009 - Tourpoule, the Next-Gen online pool game

Commissioned by Telegraaf and Hyves (the Dutch social network site) Relephant has developed Tourpoule 2009.

This online fantasy game plays during the Tour de France 2009. Players put together a team of 20 cyclists, of which 9 can be drawn up for each stage. The concept of the game is to focus on the Tour de France News and to integrate elements such as competition and social interaction.

Hyves gives Tourpoule the viral and social effect whilst Telesport is responsible for the journalistic and informative components. In combination a very broad public is reached. The newest concept is geared for an even better 'Tou experience'.
